Meta is piloting StoryKit, an AI storytelling app that generates children’s bedtime stories from photos of toys, chosen settings, and moral lessons.

The app, first spotted by 9to5Mac and confirmed to TechCrunch by Meta, is being tested in select countries.

Meta says it includes AI safety filters, no social features, and requires users to be over 18. The TechCrunch article is a skeptical cultural commentary rather than a technical product review.
