Tony Orlando, Managing Director of Partner and Specialty Sales at Google Public Sector, announced a set of partner-focused investments at Partner Connect during the Google Public Sector Summit. The initiatives are centered on four pillars and are meant to deepen collaboration, accelerate frontline adoption, and expand mission delivery across the partner network.

The first pillar is enhanced partner incentives, with newly announced incentives and discounts for partners doing pre-sales technical work, solution design, and proof-of-concept execution. The second is a Partner-Led User Success Program that supports sustained frontline Gemini adoption through three targeted investments. The third is training and enablement, including a new Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) academy described as a rigorous bootcamp to build Google-trained FDEs inside partner practices. The fourth is pre-sales acceleration, with increased Pre-Sales Deal Acceleration Funds to co-invest in partner-led customer workshops and proofs of concept.

On the adoption side, Google Public Sector is expanding its post-sales investment pool to $45M in dedicated deployment and adoption funding, which will pay for partner professional services to deploy Gemini across the U.S. public sector for the first time and ensure day-one operational readiness. The company also announced an ISV Agent Factory to accelerate development of specialized public sector agents, building on the ISV ATO Accelerator that provides individual ISVs up to $1M in Google funding to offset the cost of GovRAMP, FedRAMP, and DoD Impact Level accreditations.

Market acceleration includes a new Strategic Alliance with SHI to activate 400+ sellers across state, local, and education markets. At the federal level, Accenture Federal Services announced new Gemini Launchpads to help agencies move from agentic experimentation to mission execution faster. The post closes by directing partner organizations to the Google Public Sector Partner Enablement Series, Partner Specialty Badge Program, and ISV ATO Accelerator to operationalize the announcements.
