ATV Big Air Tour cuts days of work to hours with ChatGPT Work

ATV Big Air Tour, a two-person team running 26 tour dates across the US, uses ChatGPT Work to reduce days of manual work to hours. Co-founder Larissa Guetter faced growing administrative burden as the business scaled. She used ChatGPT Work to automate three key areas:
First, fact-checking event listings. Inaccurate information about show dates and times appeared across roughly 30 online publications, requiring Larissa to manually check each one — a full 8-hour workday each week. ChatGPT Work now runs a daily automated briefing that scans priority sources, flags inconsistencies, suggests correct contacts, and drafts correction emails. The task dropped from 8 hours to about 1 hour per week.
Second, merchandise inventory and reordering. Previously a 2-3 day process involving manual counts and spreadsheet building, Larissa now photographs inventory, uploads the photos to ChatGPT Work, and receives an organized spreadsheet, visual inventory website, and reorder recommendations in under 15 minutes. The full order cycle takes 2-3 hours instead of 2-3 days.
Third, answer engine optimization (AEO) for AI-powered discovery. ChatGPT Work runs a daily audit of the tour’s website to check whether event dates, locations, and ticket information are clearly structured for AI assistants. One audit revealed ChatGPT could not retrieve roughly 90% of the site’s FAQs, and ChatGPT Work provided a fix. Website analytics showed OpenAI search and user-bot hits rising from 183 to 2,421 across consecutive 30-day periods — a 1,223% month-over-month increase (filtered to exclude training bots and other AI platforms).
The case study presents ChatGPT Work as a practical tool for small, resource-constrained businesses to offload time-consuming tasks, maintain accurate public information, streamline physical operations, and stay visible to AI-powered search.
