Wonderful Raises $550M at $5B Valuation, Doubling in 6 Months

Israeli-Dutch AI startup Wonderful has raised $550 million in a Series C funding round led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing investors Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, Bessemer Venture Partners, and new investor Salesforce.

The round values the company at $5 billion, more than doubling the $2 billion valuation it commanded just six months ago.

Founded in early 2025, Wonderful initially gained traction with a customer service AI agent platform tailored for non-English-speaking markets.

Its strategy of deploying engineering teams to work on-site with customers proved highly effective, and the company now operates across more than 35 countries.

Over the past few months, Wonderful has evolved its core offering beyond customer service.

The company now markets a platform called “Wonderful AI OS,” which it describes as a system for coordinating and connecting agents, workflows, and AI applications with a company’s data, context, and existing integrations.

The platform is model-agnostic and compatible with existing tech stacks.

CTO and co-founder Roey Lalazar stated that customers can adopt any parts of the platform, integrate with existing systems, choose the best models for each workload, and retain ownership of what they build.

Wonderful continues to rely on forward-deployed engineers to embed its products quickly, a strategy that appears well-suited to current demand for AI implementation expertise.

The company said it will use the fresh capital to accelerate product development, expand its forward-deployed engineering teams, and meet growing demand for its products.

The article does not disclose revenue, customer count, or profitability, and its claims about traction and geography are based on the company’s own statements.
