Nvidia Partners with Cloverleaf for Data Center Infrastructure

Nvidia has announced a partnership with Cloverleaf Infrastructure, a company that prepares sites for data centers by providing power infrastructure and acting as an intermediary between utilities and data center developers.

Founded in 2024, Cloverleaf raised $300 million that year.

The financial terms of the Nvidia deal were not disclosed, but the Wall Street Journal reports the investment could reach several hundred million dollars, and Reuters indicates Nvidia now holds a minority stake.

This move is part of Nvidia‘s broader strategy to use its profits to support the AI data center buildout, which in turn drives demand for its chips. Earlier in the week, Nvidia also announced a $1.

5 billion investment in SB Energy, an OpenAI-linked data center project in Ohio.

The partnership underscores Nvidia‘s growing role in directly financing and developing the infrastructure that purchases its AI systems.
