3 million monthly active users and uses a mix of AI and human writing to deliver horoscopes, compatibility assessments, and personalized astrological insights.

All 24 employees of Co-Star have joined Midjourney as part of the acquisition.

Midjourney currently operates primarily through a Discord server and lacks a standalone app, but is also exploring medical and spa ventures.

The acquisition may help Midjourney gain consumer-app development expertise and eventually build its own dedicated application.
